We start with New Dart SHP Blocks, All deck surfaces are square decked using the BHJ blok true fixture, this allows us to equally machine the left and right side deck heights parallel to the crank centerline. Cylinder bores are bored using the BHJ bore true fixture. this relocates the cylinder bore centerline to be exactly centered over the crank centerline. Main bearing bores are align honed to the correct size. Cylinders are honed with torque plates. All rotating assembly parts are balanced within +/- 1 grams. All engines are completely blue printed and professionally assembled. We are the real deal in honest horsepower built right the first time.
