Return Policy & Guarantee

Return Policy
All Returns will be subject to a minimum of a 15% Restocking fee. All original boxes, packaging, warranties, and instruction manuals must accompany the equipment, and it must appear in "excellent" condition, as determined by CNC-Motorsports.com (in other words the exact same way you received the product). No Returns after 90 Days will be accepted. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable for any reason.

Affective January 1st 2009, All returns for credit will be instore credit only. No cash back credits will be given.

Merchandise Returns must be authorized by CNC-Motorsports. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued for the return. All Returns must be authorized.

Non Returnable items
Special order items not inventoried by CNC-Motorsports are non returnable. Standard .010 and .020 over size pistons and rings will be considered non stocking items, and these items are non returnable. Custom order pistons are non returnable. Any products used or displayed in any way shape or form are non returnable. A product which is nicked, scuffed, scratched, dinged, or opened or damaged in any way are not returnable, no acceptations will apply. Special order drop ships are non returnable. Parts or products that are installed or used are in no way returnable.

Warranties / Guarantees
All product guarantees and warranties are provided by both CNC-Motorsports.com and the manufacturers. This can also be verified by contacting either the manufacturers themselves or by contacting CNC-Motorsports.com. Every Product sold By CNC-Motorsports.com comes with a guarantee/warranty on your new part purchased from CNC-motorsports, we guarantee everything we sell, so you don't have to worry about bad quality parts being sold by CNC-Motorsports.

Limited Warranty
Merchandise is warranted against defects of material or workmanship when properly installed. Any alterations, improper installation or improper use of products will void all warranty. Any crankshaft that has been balanced is not returnable. Inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact CNC-Motorsports.com if there are errors or defective parts. Any shipping/invoicing errors made must be corrected within 7 days after receiving the merchandise, if not the merchandise is yours to keep. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR PARTS to ensure that what you received is what you ordered before altering or installing it (misboxed items applies). Once the part has been altered or installed, all warranties against defects of material or workmanship are void and the parts are not returnable. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or repairing of the parts only. CNC-Motorsports.com and the manufactures will inspect all parts to determine if being defective. Claims for damage, labor or towing will not be allowed. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for inspection of any return product claiming damage. Shipping and handling fees are no refundable for any reason.

Engine Warranty

All engines sold incomplete (including short blocks) or not dyno-tuned at CNC-Motorsports do not qualify for warranty coverage. All claims will be handled in a “case by case” manor at our discretion for resolution.

We are not responsible for rod to cam clearance on any product if the cam is not installed by CNC-Motorsports. All complete dyno-tuned motors from CNC-Motorsports qualify for our warranty agreement. Engines must be tuned with the same fuel system and ignition that will be used in the final application.

Warranty will not be honored and void if any of the following occur:

• Overheating or any other heat related problems

• Bearing failure due to lack of maintenance

• Pre-Ignition or Detonation

• Engine being altered from original state in which it was shipped

• Disassembly of engine without permission from CNC-Motorsports

We do guarantee craftsmanship on all products. Every engine is balanced and blueprinted in house. We do send a bob weight card and blueprint sheet with every engine. Please review both of these and let us know of any concerns before final assembly or break-in.

All warranty claims and returns must be authorized by CNC-Motorsports before any product will be received. Claims can be started by calling 1-800-341-1528, ask for Jason or Clint.

The purchaser of our product assumes responsibility for final installation. Please make sure all components chosen are compatible.
